DBE Permanent Program Plan updated June 2012
The Civil Rights and Contract Compliance section of Nevada Department of Transportation is pleased to provide you with our updated (June 2012) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Permanent Program Plan (.pdf 495k).
We encourage you to read and familiarize yourself with its contents and program details which outline how NDOT goes about securing equal opportunity for DBEs seeking to do business with us. We also encourage all non-DBE contractors to read the Plan. It will be very helpful in gaining a better understanding of your responsibilities under the DBE Plan.
