NDOT CIVIL RIGHTS PROGRAM

Yvonne is charged with ensuring NDOT's compliance with all federal, state and local nondiscrimination laws and regulations, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. She oversees and directs all activities in the Civil Rights and Contract Compliance section including our ADA, Contract Compliance and DBE programs.

Maria is responsible for coordinating ALL NDOT activities necessary to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973. She works closely with Division heads to help manage ADA compliance and serves as the public point of contact for all ADA issues, complaints, and more.

Dana manages the day-to-day functions of the Carson City office for the DBE program administration, prevailing wage investigations, subcontractor approvals and contract administration.

Pat reviews and processes the DBE applications in compliance with the Unified Certification Program (UCP). Additionally, she also reviews requests to sublet, subcontractor and service provider agreements and prevailing wages.
