Doug deals primarily with the review of DBE applications to ensure compliance with the Unified Certification Program (UCP) in addition to reviewing the request to sublet, subcontractor and service provider agreements and prevailing wages. Doug has been with the Nevada Department of Transportation, Contract Compliance Division since March of 2000 and has ten years of State of Nevada service prior to 2000. Doug volunteers in youth sports and enjoys spending time with his family including his grandson.
